Based on the outskirts
of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire, Cheryl now coaches corporate
clientèle, teachers, lecturers, musicians and many others
in how to use their voices more effectively. They all have one thing
in common: They want to hold someone’s attention and communicate
a message that the listener will both remember and act upon.

Working with speech therapists, drama teachers, laryngologists
and other voice coaches has given her a wealth of experience
and an extensive knowledge in human voice physiology and production.
She now steers her clients into using a good vocal technique
to liberate their sound. Her credentials include:
• Member of The British Voice Association
http://www.british-voice-association.com
• Member of The Association of Teachers of Singing http://aotos.org.uk/
• Tutor for the Voice Care Network UK www.voicecare.org.uk
– an organisation that helps people keep their voices
healthy and communicate effectively by promoting a greater
understanding of how the voice works
• Member of the Voice Clinic team at Milton Keynes Hospital
– she works regularly with singers and speakers who
have (often unconsciously) abused their voices through strain
and tension. (As part of this she can also teach rock and
pop singers how to belt safely!) |

Cheryl’s clients include trainee TV presenters,
teachers and lecturers,
singers, business people anxious about speaking in public, diplomats
at the FCO, lawyers under the auspices of HR
in Law, children, people who need more projection in their voices,
aspiring West End stars, individuals
– anyone who needs to be vocally more effective .
“From the first minute Cheryl
made me feel at ease and relaxed. It was clear that she was highly
perceptive and intuitive, able to offer solutions to difficulties.
The lessons have been fun and have shown real results.”
